Soudini accepted the brief of providing a trainer to deliver a course tailored to the clients specific business needs, to enable the in-house team to maximise new & repeat business opportunities & customer experience. A team of 5 operators were trained for 2 days on a variety of disciplines including: Theory & Practical Exercise Workshops, Presentation Skills & Structure Sessions, Negotiation Skills Sessions, Role Plays & Live Customer Call monitoring with immediate & post training feedback & analysis.

The course was a tremendous success with all candidates returning to their duties more energised, positive and motivated!

A global identity verification and pre-employment screening company, sought to appoint a professional agency to deliver appointment setting training to their field sales team to enable them to set more self-generated appointments & a fully trained internal sales team providing an increased number of appointments for the field sales reps & sales from incoming calls and self-generated prospecting.

Soudini accepted the brief & provided a trainer to a) assess and review current processes. b) suggest & then implement new processes. c) deliver the training to the field sales team. d) deliver the training to the internal sales team.

Once completed, the field sales team immediately delivered 20% more self-generated appointments. The internal team delivered over 50% more appointments & sales increased to over £250,000 per annum.

The engagement was so successful, all members of the internal sales team were promoted to other parts of the business & the task of selecting, engaging and training a completely new team was awarded to our trainer, which was again completed successfully, with the new internal sales team improving on the performance of the previous one within just 3 months.

Further training of the helpdesk & customer service teams was also awarded to our trainer in a relationship that became almost full time for 4 years.
